PaymentsI take card payments and also bank transfer. This must be done in the salon. Cash is accepted but correct amount must be brought with you

Do I need a skin test?Yes. Everyone has to be skin tested. If you haven’t had a colour with me for 6+ months you must be skin tested before your appointment will be booked

What if I’m late?Because I work on my own I have a particular schedule and the time that’s booked in, is for you. So if you’re late we may not be able to complete your full appointment but you will still be charged the full amount. If you are not able to attend your appointment please refer to my cancellation and reschedule policy

Drinks and snacksI offer complimentary drinks and snacks at your appointment but please feel free to bring your own if you wish *snacks are subject to change as well as availability

Can I bring anyone with me to BLOWstudio?You must come alone to your appointment. Because of the nature of the studio and the size there isn’t room to bring guests or children unfortunately.

How can I book?As I’m not accepting new clients all my bookings are done through WhatsApp. So my clients who are with me have my number. Please don’t contact me through Instagram or other platforms as your message may be missed. I will answer within my working hours and please allow up to 48 hours for a reply.
